Executive Director

The Executive Director of the Department of Legislative Services is appointed by the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate and has overall responsibility and ultimate authority for the administration of the department. The Executive Director has overall management responsibility for the activities and functions of the Office of Legislative Audits, the Office of Policy Analysis, the Office of Operations and Support Systems and the Office of Performance Evaluation and Government Accountability. The position of Counsel to the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics, which functions as Ethics Advisor to the General Assembly, falls under the Executive Director.
